Microsoft Beware: Adobe Flex Goes Open Source

Adobe is to announce today the Flex SDK will go open source under the Mozilla Public License. Microsoft and Adobe have gone head to head recently, with simultaneous launches that encroach on the other’s turf (see Adobe’s Media Player & Microsoft’s Silverlight). This move puts Adobe ahead momentarily -- will Microsoft will open up Silverlight?
