Why IM Interoperability May Just be a Dream

Digsby is poised to take a serious amount from the market share of the standard clients because of its interoperability not only with IM clients, but also because of the integrated social networks and even email. It makes me wonder if maybe Digsby is poised to be the "Firefox" of instant messaging if the dominating players aren't careful.

Cameron Gray's Gallery Debut

This just out! A wonderful movie of member, Cameron Gray's show last October in Santa Monica, California. Cam's been friend of mine since he was a teenager. His show was spectacular, I was so proud to be there, awed by his incredible work and the pleasure of knowing him. Movies of gallery shows can be pretty bland, I know, I've made a few, but this one is great. It captures the joy of discovering the over-whelming beauty of Cam's paintings, I'm not sure if you can see Facebook video without a profile. Those with FB profiles and latest Flash player will have no problem. If you don't have either of those, it might be worth getting them just to watch this. watch video If an open version is posted, I'll blog that link.

Inquisitor raises some questions

I started up a packet sniffer before I ran a search in Dave Watanabe's Inquisitor plugin for Safari. Sure enough, the first link presented was an Amazon link, with an affiliate redirect. Sticking an affiliate link in as the highest ranked result does raise some questions.
